Barcola and Mbaye omitted from PSG squad for Rennes-PSG
Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye were left out of Paris Saint-Germain's traveling squad for the Sunday evening Ligue 1 clash against Rennes, despite training on Saturday, and Liverpool's latest offer of between €80‑90 million for Barcola has been rejected by the club's hierarchy.
Both players are wingers and have been linked with Liverpool, but Luis Enrique did not name them in the group for the first Ligue 1 matchday against Rennes. Their absence therefore cannot be attributed to injury.
They attended the Saturday morning training session that preceded Luis Enrique's press conference, a clear sign that no physical problem is involved.

Liverpool's stalled offers
Mercato Liverpool has so far submitted only one bid for Barcola, valued between €80 million and €90 million, which PSG turned down. Negotiations continue, and a new proposal nearer the €170 million PSG price tag is expected.
For Ibrahim Mbaye, PSG is asking roughly €70 million, a figure Liverpool is not yet prepared to meet, yet discussions remain open. Mbaye has already secured a personal agreement with the Reds.
The omission of Barcola and Mbaye from the Rennes-PSGAujourd'hui squad deepens doubts about their future at Paris Saint-Germain and underscores the complexity of the ongoing transfer saga.
