Barcelona shut out Alvarez as January market reshapes their attack
Barcelona have confirmed they will not pursue Argentina forward Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid in the January window, leaving the Catalan giants to search for alternatives as they plan for the departure of their leading scorer.
The 24‑year‑old Alvarez remains on standby, awaiting potential bids from Paris St‑Germain or Arsenal, or the decision to stay at Atletico Madrid.
