Arsenal ready to outbid Real Madrid with €100m offer for Juventus winger

Arsenal are drawing up a €100 million (£85 million) proposal for Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, a player also linked with Real Madrid, according to reports. The bid is being prepared by Arsenal’s Andrea Berta and manager Mikel Arteta as the club seeks to strengthen its attack.

Why Arsenal target Yildiz

Yildiz burst onto the scene in the 2023‑24 season and has become Juventus’s outstanding performer, recording 11 goals and 10 assists in 47 appearances last term. The 21‑year‑old Turkish winger can operate on the left flank or as a second striker, offering the versatility Arteta praised as “extraordinary”.

Arsenal see him as a potential first‑choice left winger after the summer departures of Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli. Recent signing Christos Tzolis has impressed, but Yildiz is expected to raise the Gunners’ attacking threat to a new level.

Real Madrid’s parallel interest

Real Madrid are also monitoring Yildiz, with president Florentino Perez describing him as a possible Galactico signing. However, the Spanish giants already boast Vinícius Júnior, Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham and Yan Diomande, leaving no clear starting place for the Turkish ace.

Yildiz is currently recovering from a foot injury and aims to return to first‑team action by the end of November. He signed a new contract in February that binds him to Juventus until the summer of 2030, but Corriere dello Sport suggests he could depart next summer if Juventus fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Italian outlet reports Arsenal are “ready to go crazy” and preparing a shock €100 million offer to persuade Juventus to consider his sale. Juventus, however, are unlikely to sell him in January,

If Juventus endure a disappointing season and Yildiz pushes for a move, the club would have to entertain an offer around €100 million. Arsenal’s early preparation aims to secure the player before Real Madrid can act.
