Abodi says ‘Saremo’ ready after Mancini, Ranieri, eyes Euro 2032

Minister for Sport and Youth Andrea Abodi told Il Messaggero that after the tenures of Roberto Mancini and Luciano Ranieri, it is now time for changes and reforms, stressing that Italy will be ready for Euro 2032 and that ‘Saremo’ prepared to meet the challenge.

The publication’s metadata opens with the line “Google Discover Fonti preferite 🖶 Stampa A− A+ $(document).ready(function(){ $('.zoomout'…”, indicating the digital platform behind the release.

Abodi highlighted that five main stadiums, described as ‘reserve’ venues, constitute a heritage for L'Italia and can stimulate clubs beyond Serie A, linking the stadium issue to broader urban regeneration, a point he made while referencing the Stampa A− A+ framework.

He stressed that the new course of the Nazionale must involve a shared effort among Club Italia, the technical sector, youth and school sectors, noting that after the technical director and the CT, reforms are essential for the federation’s key figures.

Abodi added that after the technical director and the CT, the time has come for modernisation and change across several key federation roles, urging the Discover and Fonti teams to support the overhaul. Dopo these changes, the federation will move forward with coordinated action.

In his Ultimissime remarks, the minister reaffirmed that Italia’s future depends on coordinated action, and he concluded with a confident ‘Saremo pronti’ as the nation prepares for the upcoming European championship.
